INTEX MYOSTINE (YK-11) is a synthetic steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator (steroidal SARM). It is a steroid-based compound derived from 5-α-dihydrotestosterone (DHT), functioning as a gene-selective and partial agonist of the androgen receptor (AR). 
 
YK-11 is currently the only SARM known to enhance the expression of the activin binding protein Follistatin (FST), with the activation of FST being crucial to its anabolic properties. 
YK11 seeks to elevate our Follistatin levels by suppressing Myostatin. By inhibiting Myostatin, it effectively preserves muscle mass, as Myostatin typically promotes muscle loss. This results in heightened Follistatin levels, which significantly contribute to impressive muscle gains.
